VW head porting Service Available:
Stage I - use existing stock vavles, New valve Seats, New HD springs, new valve guides, Performance valve job (Radius valve seats, back cut and top cut valves) port intake ports and exhaust ports, Balance flow between each port. Porting to the level where no more flow is available with stock size valves. Much better intake to exhaust flow ratio than stock.
New seats are required as we have found cracks in heads hidden by seats. Installing our new custom seats ensure no cracks and improve flow over stock seats.
For Street applications, race applications where stock valves sizes must be used. New lifters recommended are extra.

Its said that most the Horsepower gains are all in the head. There are several cylinder head modifications techniques targeted at different functions of the head that increase horsepower and torque. When the compression is increased combustion chamber turbulence increases and with increased turbulence quicker and more efficient combustion occurs. Test Flow Data: Higher Numbers indicate more restriction, and less flow. Lower numbers indicate less restriction and more flow.
